Proposal Acceptance

Review and accept the certification terms and agreement. Confirm the scope, timeline, and fees. A signed agreement formalises the commencement of your certification journey.

Document Review

Our technical team conducts a thorough review of all submitted documentation including ingredient lists, supplier declarations, product formulations, and process descriptions.

Ingredient & Supply Chain Evaluation

Each raw material, additive, and processing aid is individually assessed from a Shariah and scientific perspective. Suppliers are traced and verified for Halal compliance.

On-Site Audit

Qualified HRCI auditors conduct a comprehensive inspection of your production facility, covering storage, manufacturing, packaging, hygiene controls, and staff practices.

Technical Review & Approval

Audit findings are reviewed by our Halal committee and Shariah advisors. Any corrective actions required are communicated and resolved before certification is granted.

Certificate Issuance

Upon successful completion, your official Halal Rizq Certificate is issued along with authorisation to display the HRCI Halal Mark on your certified products.

Surveillance and Renewal

Annual surveillance audits maintain your certification integrity, with a recertification audit ensuring continued compliance at the end of each cycle.
